Howard L. Feldman, a graduate of Princeton University and Cornell University Medical College, has been actively practicing cosmetic procedures since residency.  Initially trained in plastic surgical procedures around the eyes, Dr. Feldman began to use lasers in his practice when they first became available approximately 15 years ago.  At that time Dr. Feldman ran a cosmetic surgical center in Massachusetts, where he was founder of the Cosmetic Laser Institute of Massachusetts and a consultant to local industry for laser safety and protocols.

Dr. Feldman and his staff are dedicated to providing for patients the best possible cosmetic care at a reasonable price with safety being the foremost concern.  Procedures will be recommended only if there is an excellent chance of improving one’s appearance.  If a certain procedure will not work well, the patient will be advised against it and offered alternative methods.  Not every procedure commonly advertised or demonstrated on talk shows is suitable for every patient.  Care will be individualized to achieve the best possible result.

Dr. Feldman’s philosophy of conservative care has been a hallmark of his practice from the beginning.  He lives by the Golden Rule of medicine – “Primum Non Nocere” – which translated means most of all do no harm.  Dr. Feldman has gained the trust of literally thousands of patients by adhering to strict principles of good patient care.  Dr. Feldman has also maintained academic affiliations with such institutions as Harvard Medical School, Tufts Medical School, Mt. Sinai Hospital and Medical School in New York City and New York University at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York City which is rated as one of the best medical centers in the United States for ophthalmic and plastic surgery.
